Salary The salary range for this position is CAD $35.36/Hr. - CAD $50.83/Hr. Summary: Reporting to the Leader, Disability Management, the Coordinator, Disability & Attendance Management will: - Act as a PHC representative providing case management support to employees and managers - Coordinate employee absences related to occupational and non-occupational illness or injury - Manage follow-up, assessment, evaluation, planning, and monitoring of return-to-work and health support options - Collaborate with managers, unions, third parties, and stakeholders to support positive health and work outcomes - Provide guidance and strategies to reduce absenteeism and support workplace wellness - Coordinate and implement PHC’s Attendance and Wellness Promotion Program - Support organizational sick leave targets and promotes regular attendance at work - Provide advice, guidance, and support to management on attendance and wellness matters - Coordinate reporting and technological support related to sick time tracking and attendance management - Assist in the development and updating of attendance and wellness policies, procedures, education, and training materials - Work collaboratively with lead...
