The Opportunity Grassroots Carbon is the leading grasslands restoration and soil carbon company in the United States. We have a powerful story to tell — one rooted in science, measurable impact, and a deep partnership with American ranchers. Our work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Reuters, and multiple carbon/ESG publications, and we are poised to become the defining voice in nature-based carbon removal. We are seeking a driven and creative Manager or Director, Brand Reach & Communications to own our narrative and dramatically expand our reach. This is not a campaign-based role or an agency handoff. We need someone who will build and execute a sustained communications strategy that elevates Grassroots Carbon’s profile with regulators, carbon registries, corporate carbon buyers, and future investors by helping promote our story to the broader public through media, podcasts, Substacks, and social channels.
