Controls Technician The Musco Facilities team has an opening for a Controls Technician at our Oskaloosa office . Hear why we are #TeamMusco: Essential Criteria: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Trade school certification, associate degree, or formal training in HVAC, electrical systems, or controls technology preferred - 3–5 years of experience working with building automation systems (BAS), HVAC controls, or similar industrial/control systems required - Apply technical expertise in building automation, HVAC controls, and fire alarm systems to maintain and improve system performance - Diagnose issues, analyze data, and implement effective troubleshooting solutions - Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and industry standards - Identify opportunities for system optimization and drive continuous improvement initiatives - Maintain accurate documentation and manage system data to support operations and decision-making - Occasional travel to other Musco sites or properties may be required up to 10% of the time - Willingness to work extended hours or weekends on as n...
