We are looking for talented Production Associates to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Assembly in Cummins in UK, Cwmbran Working 37.5 hours per week on a weekly rotating shift pattern of: - Mornings: Monday to Thursday 6.00am to 2.00pm & Friday 6.00am to 1.30pm - Afternoons: Monday to Thursday 2.00pm – 10.00pm & Friday 1.30pm – 9.30pm - Nights: Monday to Thursday 10.00pm to 6.00am & Friday 9.30pm to 4.30am In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Run and Set Assembly Lines, Including Change Overs, use of HMI’s/Robot Pendants - Provide training to new operators including all relevant documentation - Assemble, Test and View components - Complete and Record necessary Quality Control Checks at required frequencies - Adjust various Assembly and testing equipment - Carry out minor maintenance tasks and elementary routine preventative maintenance - Drive line to maximise outputs - Carry out routine rework and scrap procedures - Ensure continuous improvement activities take place - Ensure good housekeeping (5S) and safe working practice in the area - Undertake Training as required To be successful in this role you will need the following: - Accounta...
