Key Responsibilities Health & Safety Leadership: Collaborates in the development and implementation of EHS policy and procedures. Maintains records and documents as they pertain to the EHS Management System. Provides oversight of location EHS self-assessment (audit) process and coaching of location Single Point Accountable (SPAs) persons. - Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the site’s safety management system to ensure a proactive, risk-based approach to injury and fatality prevention. - Partner with plant leadership and employees to identify hazards, perform risk assessments, and drive the elimination or mitigation of risks. - Lead and facilitate incident prevention, investigation, and root cause analysis, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.
