About the Role: A role where you help turn standards and systems into real impact - supporting great practice, strong evidence, and better outcomes for children, young people, and families across Parkerville. As the Senior Officer – Standards and Accreditation, you’ll coordinate accreditation and quality activities across Community Services, helping teams confidently demonstrate great practice in action. You’ll maintain key quality systems, support staff to use them well, and provide reporting and insights that drive continuous improvement and accreditation readiness. You’ll oversee Standards Performance Pathways, helping staff engage with the system in a practical way. Working with service teams, the Practice Lead, and Cultural Practice Lead Group, you’ll ensure practice, documentation, and evidence align with Quality Service Standards and accreditation requirements.
