Employment Type: Full time Shift: 12 Hour Day Shift Description: Our Observation department includes a fast-paced short stay acute unit, admission flex unit and a short stay inpatient unit, all with an expected 24–48-hour length of stay. Our specialties include chest pain, syncope, r/o TIA, CHF, preoperative surgical patients, and medical conditions requiring observational stays. Unit specific specialized training includes IV placement, 12 Lead EKG performance and interpretation, Venipunctures, Point of Care Troponins (POCT), BLS, ACLS, EKG 1 and EKG 2 core classes.
