Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience. - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA). - 7 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 5 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance. Preferred qualifications: - MBA or MSA. - Experience managing project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation. - Ability to have strong attention to detail, organizational skills and focus on continuous improvement. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams. - Excellent investigative skills and ability to communicate effectively with executive management.
