Provides clinical and administrative supervision to assigned staff. Provides evidence-based, state-of-the-art sex offender programming to adult sex offenders, including treatment, assessment, and reentry/release planning services. Makes recommendations to the Sex Offender Program Director regarding program changes that are research-based and have demonstrated effectiveness. Oversees and directs the development, implementation and monitoring of SORT Program mental health/sex offender treatment services, policies and programs. Ensures that documentation and records are maintained according to Department of Corrections (DOC), DBHDS and American Correctional Association (ACA) standards.
