Position Summary: The Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Practitioner at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital plays a vital role supporting Nursing Professional Development and the Ball Memorial Hospital Simulation Center, along with supporting the American Heart Association (AHA) training center. Leveraging expert practice judgment, this role focuses on enhancing the professional role competence and growth of learners across various settings. The practitioner delivers targeted education, competency development, and simulation-based learning experiences that foster clinical excellence and support the IU Health Way. This role partners with unit and facility leaders to achieve strategic educational goals aligned with system priorities.
