The Pharmacy at Emory’s goal is to provide patient- and-family centered medication management to the patients we serve and defining a new standard of care for humankind. This Assistant Director role is designed to serve as the operational leader for pharmacy business operations and 340B program strategy across the health system. In addition to the standard departmental leadership responsibilities outlined above, this position will provide direct oversight of the 340B program and pharmacy business operations, including supervision of business managers and coordination of contract pharmacy financial operations. The role will function as the primary integrator across pharmacy finance, supply chain, revenue cycle, and decision support, ensuring alignment of operational performance with system financial objectives.
