A day in the life of a Factory Maintenance Manager - Create and implement the appropriate maintenance strategy for the factory assets: production lines, facilities, industrial services - Supervise a team of 53 maintenance workers (mechanical and electrical engineers, industrial service engineers, technical storekeepers) - Ensure compliance with safety procedures - Provide support to production operators - React to emergencies such as major breakdowns or utility disruptions - Coordinate external workers during major interventions - Develop the maintenance budget, monitor and control maintenance expenditures - Control technical store working capital and service levels - Enforce the...
