Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Human Factors or a related field and 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a UX Research-related occupation. - Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Human Factors or a related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a UX Research-related occupation. - Position requires 6 years of experience in the following: - Conducting User Experience (UX) research for product development; - Managing the research lifecycle from planning to communicating insights or Research program management; - Data storytelling to influence stakeholder buy-in or Presenting research findings to executive leadership; - Project or Program management within large, matrixed organizations; and - Applying systems thinking to analyze organizational and technical problems.
