Position Summary: This position is for EPES Transport, LLC., a division of Penske Logistics, based in Greensboro, North Carolina The primary purpose of the Dedicated Operations Manager role is to manage the day-to-day operation of assigned Dedicated Account(s), ensuring that Safety, Customer, and Driver Goals are met or exceeded. Driving profitability through contract compliance, expense mitigation, and business growth. Focus on delivering Revenue, Operating Income, and Pretax, review financial statements to identify opportunities for improvement. Must work tactically and strategically to accomplish business needs. This position will be on-site in Greensboro, NC, supporting an operation in New Bern, NC. Occasional monthly travel is required.
