Their solutions create a single source of truth across customer and vendor data, enabling cost reduction, data reuse, and enhanced operational efficiency. We are seeking a Project Manager to support a leading alternative investments firm, focused on driving process improvement across KYC and onboarding operations. This is a client-facing role with ownership of workflow optimisation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of scalable onboarding solutions. Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end KYC and onboarding process improvement initiatives, from discovery through to implementation - Manage onboarding workflows as a programme of work, identifying inefficiencies and driving measurable improvements - Act as the central point of coordination across Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Technology teams - Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide clear status updates - Analyse existing onboarding processes, controls, and documentation flows to identify gaps...
