Supervisor

Job description

Supervise teams on various projects across the Sydney metro area. Works include structural steel installation, concrete repair and general construction works. You will be responsible for a variety of duties such as; - Company vehicle - Weekly pay cycle - Be part of a national ASX listed contractor with a strong pipeline of work - Manage the onsite coordination of the trade effort - Coordinate and supervise trades personnel on projects from set up to completion - Assure the safety and compliance of the workforce - Contribute and execute the Construction Methodologies and Method of Works Plans - Implementation of relevant SWMS, Permits, Isolations and Controls to ensure the safety of the team - Quality and workmanship assurance in accordance with quality management processes and documentation - Manage and capture workforce hours and productivity - Stock control, procurement, and inventory for the direct works on site ABOUT YOU: This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation and play an integral part in its success and continued growth.
