Job Title: Production Team Lead, Sun-Thurs, 10 pm to 6:30 am Job Description: Position Summary: The Production Team Lead position is responsible and accountable for assisting the Production Supervisor in achieving production requirements for work groups or product line work cells by focusing on service, quality. Assisting in scheduling and coordinating work flow , supporting employee training, providing employee guidance and motivation, following through of delegated work, and providing input on employee performance and other duties as assigned. In this role you will: Expedites production of priority jobs to provide on time delivery for customers. Assists in identifying and recommending procedures for scrap reduction. Reviews completed work orders for accuracy ( i.e. start up, shutdown time, material usage, part counts, etc.) and resolves inaccuracies. Uses ERP system (SAP preferred) to review, transact and monitor work flow and achievement of production goals. Coordinates employee assignments and breaks for work area personnel.
