Description Under the supervision of the Chief Facilities Officer and the Maintenance Manager, the Assistant Maintenance Manager is a working supervisor responsible for all actions necessary for the overall upkeep of the existing buildings and grounds, plus any routine construction necessary at the TVFI Sewickley site. The incumbent is expected to be available twenty-four (24) hours per day by phone or pager and respond to any emergency repair that may hinder the safety and welfare of the individuals. In the course of normal duties, the incumbent will be working closely with the Maintenance Manager and will be supervising maintenance staff and interfacing with all levels of employees, ensuring timely completion of all projects. This is a salaried, exempt position.
