Job Description: Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking a Linux System Administrator to provide technical support to the Fort George G. Meade. The role includes administering and securing RHEL systems in a classified DoD lab, supporting test environments, and working directly with Government personnel and mission customers. Duties: Qualifications: - Install, configure, secure, and troubleshoot Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems. - Manage and maintain YUM servers and internal package repositories. - Apply DISA STIGs, run SCAP scans, and implement remediations. - Conduct ACAS/Nessus vulnerability scans and support RHEL patching and compliance. - Provide limited support for DNS and IPv6 configuration. - Perform basic administration within VMware 6.7 environments. - Support cross platform coordination with Windows Server 2016, Active Directory, and d...
