Job Purpose: The Director Human Resources Consulting and Strategy serves as a partner to management on Human Resource related issues. The Director position is both hands-on and strategic, requiring working knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines. This position proactively anticipates HR-related needs and is proactive in communicating business objectives from their respective business units to the HR department in order for HR to deliver solutions that are of value to the business. In addition, they possess a level of business literacy about their respective business units, understands its culture and its key business initiatives. Essential Responsibilities: Coaches and provides sound advice and consultation to respective client groups. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. Manages and resolves complex associate relations issues.
