The Sprinkler Install Lead Technician leads individual jobs or multiple smaller, minimally complex jobs based on branch needs while remaining actively engaged in fieldwork. The Lead Technician may assist with providing direction, coordination, and oversight to team members while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and company standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate installation of fire sprinkler systems. Support technicians and apprentices on job sites. Independently perform installation using hand tools and equipment. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for installation projects. Plan and manage individual or multiple small-scale jobs. Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, and company procedures. Review and complete required documentation and installation reports accurately and timely. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership.
