Job Family: Management Consulting Travel Required: Up to 75%+ Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: - Focus primarily on helping drive business development efforts across New York City government clients, expanding our footprint with strategy and technology consulting areas - Lead delivery teams on high impact State & Local Government client engagements - Establish approaches to gather information from clients regarding client structure, process, technology and culture - Facilitate meetings with client stakeholders to gather information - Identify and implementing overall program improvements for clients - Effectively leverage project resources to accomplish tasks while providing regular feedback and coaching - Drive business development activities including RFP responses and proposal development What You Will Need: - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university - Minimum of 8+ (EIGHT) years of experience in the public sector - Minimum of 4+ (FOUR) years of experience in State & Local Government - Critical thinking to solve problems and develop innovative solutions to client’s management and operational challenges - Familiarity with New York City Government practice...
