The Public Safety Operations Supervisor provides leadership and operational oversight to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming healthcare environment for patients, visitors, staff, and the surrounding community at BMC Brighton. Serving as the Public Safety supervisor on assigned shifts, this role is responsible for guiding, supporting, and holding Public Safety personnel accountable while ensuring effective staffing, high-quality service delivery, and compliance with healthcare security standards. The Supervisor plays a key role in workforce performance management, security incident response, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with clinical leadership and external public safety partners. The Public Safety Operations Supervisor oversees daily Public Safety operations by directing and supporting Public Safety Officers and other assigned personnel throughout the shift. This role ensures appropriate staffing coverage, clear work assignments, and effective deployment of personnel to meet operational, safety, and patient-care needs.
