Job DetailsJob Location: LSB-Bloomington - Bloomington, IL 61701Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $19.00 - $19.00 HourlyJob Shift: DayThis position is a trainee position, designed to lead to employment opportunities as a Delivery Representative. This is an entry-level position that typically would be filled by someone with minimal or no experience in the beverage distribution field and who has no CDL or CDL permit. This position is usually assigned to rear-loaded bulk trucks. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Adhere to Company programs and policies that will result in the safe execution of timely delivery, maximized sales, and minimized returns. - Must identify what tools and equipment are needed for that day’s deliveries and make sure they are available on the truck. - Maintain a clean driving record. - Adhere to all DOT regulations. - Follow the approved delivery structure and processes and will identify and fulfill spot sales opportunities. - Learn and maintain product freshness and move product when necessary. - Observe “work with” and “ride with” days with the Delivery Manager and the DR-IIs, DR-IIIs, and DR-IVs to obtain coaching and training opportunities in the field. - Must...
