HealthPartners is hiring Web Business E Commerce Specialist. This role helps build trusted relationships with providers and internal teams by delivering secure, user‑friendly solutions that make it easier to access and manage healthcare data. In this primarily remote role (with occasional on‑site work in Bloomington. They will serve as a key point of support for providers nationwide guiding them through training, troubleshooting, and ongoing use of applications within the provider portal. This role collaborates with technical and business partners to create helpful training and support resources, present solutions to users, and continuously improve the provider experience, all while safeguarding sensitive health information.
