RCS Business Messaging Analyst, Trust and Safety

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, anti-abuse messaging solutions, fraud/abuse investigations, risk management or a related field. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with building anti-abuse messaging solutions either in a technical or product capacity. - Experience performing fraud/abuse investigations, risk management, security and threat analysis in the context of internet, telephony or communication related products. - Experience in Operations and Trust and Safety. - Experience in data analysis, tools and processes for building ML reputation models. - Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership with excellent communication and presentation skills. - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to ever changing abuse landscape.
