GENERAL OVERVIEW OF KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Clinician meeting the requirements of both a Behavioral Consultant and Mobile Therapist will provide clinical direction, therapy, and consultation services to consumers across school, home and community settings. ESSENTIAL & CORE FUNCTIONS: 1. Complete comprehensive assessments of the consumers. 2. Using the strengths-based approach identify problems and design an ITP with appropriate and reasonable goals. 3. Identify behavioral goals in measurable terms and selection of appropriate interventions for inclusion in the ITP. 4. Review, analyze and interpret data to determine any changes to goals and objectives included in the ITP. 5. Direct the implementation of behavioral interventions in the ITP. 6. Provide consultation to BHTs on behavioral management protocols. 7. Review of clinical outcomes for the behavioral interventions being implemented in the treatment plan with the youth, young adult, or parent or caregiver of the child to determine effectiveness of the individual services on a monthly basis. 8.
