Position Summary: - The representative ensures a high level of customer service while supporting patient satisfaction and adherence to prescribed dietary guidelines within a healthcare environment. Principal Accountabilities: - Standards of Performance: Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Collaboration, Stewardship, Accountability, Quality Education: - High School diploma or equivalent preferred Licenses and Certification: Within 30 days of hire: - Food Service Handlers Certification (MHC, HH, HMC, Cancer Institute) - Food Allergens Certification Experience and Skills: - Technical Experience: 6 months, preferred Physical Activities: - Intermittent hand manipulation required - Intermittent lifting and carrying of 50 pounds - Required to stand for periods of up to 4 hours Role Specific Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from patients in a professional, courteous, and timely manner - Verify patient information, room numbers, and dietary restrictions prior to order entry - Enter and update meal orders accurately in the food service or electronic health...
