Position Summary : Support core Customer Service functions. Advocate for excellent internal and external customer service. Uphold our company's mission, vision, and values. Demonstrate empathy, ask fact-finding questions, and navigate challenging situations to provide timely resolutions to customers. Develop strong product knowledge and share new ideas or opportunities with the Halex team. Take pride in consistently delivering a “Five Star” customer experience. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls, troubleshoot issues, respond to technical questions, and accurately process orders, returns, and replacements.
