Your Purpose: Our Hosts introduce the Canadian Brewhouse experience as the initial greeter of our guests, and carry a vital role in maintaining a seamless flow within our establishments enabling our teams to provide an outstanding guest experience. What will you do?: - Greet guests with a friendly and positive demeanor making them feel comfortable and welcomed - Seat guests effectively based on availability and preference, balancing table assignments among servers - Become an expert in all menu items including regular items, specials, allergens and dietary restrictions - Receive and coordinate the completed orders from the kitchen, ensuring all items on ticket are ready to go - Ensure that each dish is prepared to Brewhouse standards before it leaves the kitchen - Update front of house team with delays in kitchen What do you need?: - A passion for people and fun, and be 19+ years of age - A strong attention to detail including accuracy of each order, presentation, special requests, and modifications -...
