Based on area of necessity and assignment, responsibilities may include answering inbound phone calls, making outbound phone calls, processing faxed, electronic or verbal prior authorizations, and basic computer system operations. Demonstrates the ability to competently work in different areas of pharmacy practice. Education: - Ensures basic knowledge of call center functions.
