Join the largest delivery-first restaurant group in the United States! Location: This is a hybrid-remote role with expected travel throughout Texas, primarily Dallas, Austin and Houston. Schedule: Full-Time Salary: $110,000 - $116,000 annual salary + Period Bonuses Benefits: - Performance-based bonus program with profit share - Unlimited PTO - Medical, Dental, & Vision plan for full-time team members - 401k with up to 4% employer match after one year District Manager Responsibilities: - Hybrid Work Model - Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple kitchens/locations - Partner with Regional Director to hire, coach and develop Kitchen Managers and other staff. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Monitor and Coach operational procedures to maintain high company standards. - Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance with Kitchen Managers. - Analyze financial performance with Kitchen Managers and provide support with recommendations for improvement. - Analyze customer reviews to assist kitchens with service standards.
