Head of AI & Data Science Coloplast is strengthening its R&D organization with a Centre of Excellence (CoE) designed to accelerate innovation and secure crossfunctional impact. As Head of AI & Data Science within the CoE, you will lead a newly established department at our HQ in Humlebæk and set the strategic direction for how AI, data, and advanced analytics enable future product development and decisionmaking. Lead a Strategic, HighImpact Function: In this role, you will build, inspire, and develop a team of AI specialists, data scientists, and Six Sigma experts. Your core responsibility is to establish a clear vision for how datadriven and AIenabled approaches support R&D’s longterm ambitions. You will translate opportunities into a coherent strategy, ensure strong stakeholder alignment, and drive adoption across functions. The department is positioned within the CoE alongside R&D process excellence, laboratories, preclinical & chemical analysis, and engineering analysis expertise within domains such as virtual modelling, robust design, and sustainability.
