Description General Description: The Residential Aide is responsible for direct services to residents of the Safe Haven Program, ensuring that daily scheduled activities are carried out, and assists in meeting the basis needs of the residents. The Residential Aide should, in his/her relationship with clients and other staff, model healthy, supportive behavior and good coping skills. The Residential Aide will be required to transport clients to appointments when necessary. THIS POSITION IS A PRN ROLE FOR OUR JOB FAIR ON MAY 7TH FROM 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensuring a safe, supportive environment in which residents are treated with respect and courtesy in line with trauma informed care; - Carrying out specific shift duties as assigned by the House Manager; - Monitoring the house for safety utilizing the onsite camera system and walking inspections throughout entire shift. - Daily cleaning activities and chores, both inside and outside the house, to ensure all areas of the site are maintained in a sanitary, well-organized, and pleasant condition. - Monitoring residents’ behaviors to ensure they are pro-social and abide by the house rules and polici...
