Oxworks is Australia's largest privately owned manufacturer and distributor of quality fencing products with over 300 staff across 21 locations nationally. Operating for over 20 years, we continue to be a market leader in the industry. We are seeking a highly motivated person for a full-time position in our Smeaton Grange Branch operating 7am - 4pm Monday to Friday. The Role: An office-based sales role responding to trade & retail enquiries for quotes and orders, in the showroom, via phone and email. Your day at Oxworks will see you, - Build relationships with regular trade customers. - Exceed customer expectations in quality, delivery, and value through teamwork & superior service. - Work with the sales and warehouse staff to achieve delivery for all customer orders. - Reinforce the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all customer interactions. The Applicant: The Ideal Candidate will be able to demonstrate: - Sales experience in a trade or retail environment. - Experience using Microsoft Office, Teams & ERP systems (preferred) - High level of attention to detail. - Excellent people & communication skills.
