Department: 11917 Navicent Health Medical Center - Facilities Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Weekdays Pay Range: $26.55 - $39.85 Primary Purpose: Performs routine, preventative, and general maintenance services that require a general skill in a variety of systems. Perform all tasks with priority and focus on safety of patients, staff, and themselves. Maintains life safety systems and required documentation. Major Responsibilities: Performs facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with applicable codes and standards. Documents through use of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Proficient level of skill to maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, conveyors, doors, fans, boilers, heat exchangers, controls, etc. within defined parameters and with a moderate level of guidance/assistance.
