The expected hiring range for this position is: $69,800.00-$92,600.00. Please note that the pay range information is a general guideline only. The Particle Physics Directorate at Fermilab seeks outstanding candidates for a Postdoctoral Research Associate position in the Muon Division. The Research Associate’s portfolio will include constructing, commissioning, and operating state-of-the-art experimental instrumentation, alongside reconstruction and analysis, whilst based at the Fermilab site in Illinois. The Muon Division hosts the Mu2e Experiment, which searches for Charged Lepton Flavor Violation. Successful candidates will play a leading role in commissioning this experiment, focusing on data originating from two of Fermilab’s key detector systems: the beam extinction monitor and the straw tracker.
