Description This position is physically based in Rosenberg, TX (2255-E Randon Dyer Road, 77471) . Candidates should be local to or willing to commute to this location. Summary/Objective: This person will work as branch support to help control parts inventory levels, watch for incoming purchase orders, and maintain the status of necessary items to complete upcoming jobs. This position requires reliability and open communication with the branch team. Essential Job Functions: - Sort and organize incoming parts orders from vendors or as they come off technician trucks. - Keep track of incoming orders; providing updates to team when needed. - Controlling parts inventory to correct level to ensure minimum out-of-stocks on key service replacement parts. - Supply all purchase order paperwork to management. - Verify receipt of all ordered items with management. - Process and fulfill parts sales orders submitted by internal parts sellers accurately and efficiently - Assist with physical inventory counts. - Coordinate all product returns. - Attend all internal pre-con meetings to discuss projects needs as they relate to parts, equipment, and materials requirement, as well as required delivery...
