Senior Maintenance Manager Our maintenance department consists approximately 60 employees and supports a 24/7 manufacturing facility. This Senior Manager is responsible for managing the Maintenance department, overseeing all maintenance strategies, processes, and priorities to ensure optimal facility and equipment performance Responsibilities : Oversee all maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, uptime, and effective coordination across departments. Manage and develop maintenance personnel, including Team Leaders and Planners, through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management Partner with Technical Services and other functions on CAPEX projects, facility upgrades, and expansion initiatives, including capital budgeting and forecasting.
