Program Coordinator - Office of Senate Education and Civic Engagement - ( 2600039N ) Description New Hires can expect a salary between $58,872 and $74,664, which will be based on related experience, education, and training. The Program Coordinator (Coordinator) works in the Office of Senate Education and Civic Engagement and assists with the planning and facilitation of programs to support the Massachusetts Senate's mission to promote civic education and engagement. The Coordinator, under the guidance of the Director, works closely with all 40 member offices, internal and external government agencies, and outside organizations on program logistics. The Coordinator reports to the Director of the Office of Senate Education and Civic Engagement. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: · Support the Director in the preparation and presentation of the Senate’s Citizens' Legislative Seminar. · Facilitate any requisite registration and follow-up processes with participants for the seminar. · Participate in the preparation and dissemination of seminar materials. · Provide support during the seminar, including conveying program materials to a diverse group of participants. · Support the 9-week...
