U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management/infrastructure service organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work at our site in the Norfolk, VA area. The applicant will be responsible for the following: - Maintenance workers are responsible for maintenance and repair work for movable bridges. Being a maintenance worker requires light trouble shooting abilities for a variety of different types of machinery and equipment like industrial machinery, electricity, plumbing, generators, etc. and occasionally janitorial or lawn maintenance. Responsibilities: Knowledge and Experience Equipment Maintenance, Technical Understanding, Technical trouble shooting, Deals with Uncertainty, Basic Safety, Power Tools, Attention to Detail, Flexibility, Supervision, Job Knowledge, Productivity May be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth above to address business needs and changing business practices.
