The Humboldt Co-operative is currently recruiting a Full-Time Bakery/Deli Manager at our Humboldt Food Store. What you’ll do: - Lead the team in a manner that demonstrates day-to-day behaviors that align with and strengthen the Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and brand. - Manage the Department in accordance with the company policies, procedures, programs, merchandising standards and overall expectations. - Recruit, train, develop, coach and motivate the team while fostering a positive work environment that enables the engagement of all team members in the pursuit of desired results. - Ensures that all products are fresh and meet company quality standards. - Perform team performance reviews and action plans for development. - Manage inventory levels and lead scheduled inventory procedures. - Provide feedback to the Food Manager regarding recommendations for continued improvement of operations. - Develop sales promotion programs to grow the business. - Maintain confidentiality regarding pricing, financial and marketing strategies. - Develop and administer action plans to achieve the desired results of the business plan. - Provide leadership and direction in the development an...
