Job Summary: The Sr. Process Engineer will participate in the optimization of sustainable cell process technology. They will exhibit a high level of technical knowledge of the manufacturing process and equipment while ensuring quality & process down (PD) improvement through recipe setting, specification alignment, process capability management and defect improvement. Responsibilities: Perform process parameter setting and defect improvement work for the battery assembly line. Conduct assembly parameter optimization through data-driven experimentation and design of experiments (DOE) execution.
