About the Role We’re looking for a Compliance Officer to support the delivery of effective compliance across our Energy Management & B2B (EM&B2B) activities in ANZ. In this role, you’ll help build and maintain a practical and fit-for-purpose compliance framework, while contributing to a positive culture of integrity and accountability. Working alongside Legal, Regulatory and Commercial teams, you’ll play an important role in ensuring regulatory obligations are understood, managed and embedded into day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include: - Acting as a key contact for compliance, regulatory and ethical matters across EM&B2B ANZ - Supporting the implementation and ongoing improvement of compliance frameworks and processes - Monitoring and helping manage regulatory obligations across energy and financial markets - Contributing to compliance risk reviews and supporting actions to address identified risks - Partnering with stakeholders to provide guidance on new products, trading activities and commercial initiatives - Assisting with compliance training, reporting and engagement with regulators and industry groups About You: You are someone who enjoys working collaboratively...
