Company: Mercer Description: Assistant Pensions Manager (Master Trust) – London Mercer is seeking an Assistant Pensions Manager to join our market leading Master Trust team in London. The successful candidate will be accountable for managing the internal controls framework to ensure authorisation is maintained. This role plays a key part in the relationship with the Regulator through the supervisory regime and ensuring the Master Trust remains compliant with overriding legislation at all times. The Assistant Pensions Manager is a leadership role which drives the product forward through transformation and operational excellence. We will count on you for: Working closely with various Stakeholders, including the Pensions Manager, Trustees, their professional advisers, Participating employers, the Pensions Regulator and the Strategist Group. Liaising with the Pensions Regulator in relation to Supervision on behalf of the Trustees and Strategist/Founder Ensuring ongoing compliance with the Pensions Act 2017, under the supervision regime for authorised master trusts, including regular reporting and significant event reporting for the Pensions Regulator Preparation of papers and attendanc...
