Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of technical experience with enterprise hardware, with experience in software/hardware testing tools. - 8 years of experience in Test Design, Test Planning, and Test Methodologies in scripting and automating various test plans. - 8 years of experience leading a team. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Experience in working cross-functionally across multiple domains and products. - Experience in driving product verification and validation testing across multiple product lines. - Experience with strategic leadership. - Proficiency in scripting and automating various test plans. - Ability to build core interest and curiosity in discovery of systemic issues and relevant debugging.
