Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Room Preparations and Cleaning. - Ensure anesthesia machines and equipment are properly turned over between cases following departmental rules and Infection Prevention Protocols. - Terminal cleaning of anesthesia machine at the End of Day. - Terminal cleaning of all anesthesia equipment at End of Day and ensure they are ready for use. - Must be able to follow proper protocols with regards to PPE preparation for the cleaning of Contact Rooms. - Ensure workrooms are kept in a clean and orderly fashion. - Anesthesia Supply Handling - Responsible for moving supplies to and from Central Supplies as needed. - Stocking central workrooms supplies from U-Boats. - Stocking supply carts in the ORs between cases and End of Day. - Checking and stocking anesthesia machine drawers between cases and at End of Day. - Checking anesthesia medications for expiration dates. - Checking anesthesia supplies for expiration dates in ORs and workrooms. - Checking and restocking equipment supplies daily as needed. - Replace medications labels as needed in the OR setting. - Inform supervisor of supply issues in workrooms. - Anesthesia Technical Duties - Perform daily ca...
