In this role, you will assist patients in selecting eyewear, ensure accurate order processing, verify prescriptions, and support the daily operations of our optical dispensary. What You Will Do: - Greet and assist all patients in a professional, friendly manner. - Utilize Point of Sale and EMR systems to accurately enter and manage patient eyewear orders. - Educate patients on frames, lens materials, coating options, and specialty products. - Verify prescriptions and measurements. - Operate optical equipment such as lensometers and pupilometers. - Troubleshoot eyewear concerns and perform adjustments. - Oversee optical dispensary operations including vendor relations and inventory. - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming optical space.
