The Director of District Operations (DDO) serves as the strategic and operational leader for clinics within an assigned geographic region. This role is responsible for driving clinical and operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring that every clinic consistently delivers outstanding patient care and customer service. Working in close partnership with the Regional Vice President (RVP), the DDO provides clinical expertise, operational oversight, and leadership development to support the company’s mission, culture, and growth. This position blends business strategy, clinical excellence, and people leadership to ensure that each point of service thrives.
