Overview We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Service/Concessions Window Attendant. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of food items, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities: Concessions: - Greet customers and take food and beverage orders. - Prepare and serve menu items such as hot dogs, nachos, chicken sandwiches, smash burgers, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, salads, and soft serve ice cream and more. - Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and provide accurate change. - Assist with food preparation, setup, and equipment maintenance. - Ensure all food items are prepared according to health and safety standards. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession area. - Restock supplies and ingredients as needed. - Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously. - Follow all company policies and procedures.
